Fairly clean property, welcoming and polite staff. Lovely food and warm drinks. Unbeatable location havin to pay them 100euros to avoid sleeping on the beach, in the peaceful area. Besides, excellent for visiting a victorian museum.

The hotel itself was pleasant and reasonably clean with a snack bar. Everyone from the staff was top-class and attentive. The location was perfect, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Lower Gardens. I came here for 7 nights and had a very very good stay.
There was lift to be needed.

Came here for 4 night stay, had a really great experience. The hotel's location was marvellous in clubs. The hot drinks in downstairs bar were very welcome. The staff was lovely, so I would stay here again.

Overall it was a real good stay for 4 nights with a friend. The hotel's location was good, so close to all the night life and the beach and strip. We had lunch in Pizza Hut, placed close by.
Although we paid gbp 3 per 23 hours to access the net Wi-Fi was very poor.

The hotel is definitely recommended to all. The setting is stunning and unbeatable, short walk to the beach and the first of the bars, The Cave and a nice bakery that does take out coffee and pastries well worth a try. Just a few steps away from Air Zone Ibiza. A nice touch is also the warm beverages in the downstairs bar.
